At Oyela, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Oyela account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags and invoices included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the parcel at no extra cost.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
